We collect account info (name, email), uploaded photos for artwork generation, and usage analytics to improve the product. Payment details are processed securely by our payment partners and never stored on SEPALS LLC servers.
How We Use Information
Data is used to generate art, fulfill orders, provide support, and send updates you opt into. We do not sell customer data. Limited service providers (printing, analytics) receive only the information required to perform their role.
Your Choices
You may request deletion of your account or generated images at any time by emailing privacy@sepals.com. You may also opt out of marketing emails via unsubscribe links.
Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your information. While no system is perfect, we monitor for unauthorized access and respond quickly to issues.
